When you move your head out of your Guardian area the headset will fade back into the black & white camera “passthrough” view, letting you see the wall or furniture you’re about to bump in to. Try resetting your play space in steam VR, changing the batteries of your controllers and replugging the sensors/tracking cameras. The setup of Guardian is not the only change. Since Rift S and Quest cameras can see the floor when you simply look down, the floor height is now set by touching the controller to the ground: This was done because in the default Rift sensor placement the sensors cannot see the floor. Think it might be Oculus Home Button -> Then theres a gear somewhere for options Once you start the guardian setup, it lets you reset the height of your play space (touch controllers to the ground) and I believe that should fix your problem.
